摘要
贯众是浙江地区普见的乡土植物,具有良好的观赏和药用价值。但对贯众的孢子繁殖一直未见研究。对贯众的组织培养和无性系建立研究,结果表明诱导贯众根茎形成具有分化能力愈伤组织的理想培养基为1/2MS+NHHPO150ppm+BA 0.5ppm+2,4-D 1.4ppm+NAA 1.4ppm;贯众愈伤组织分化和丛生叶分化培养的理想培养基为1/2MS+BA 0.5+NAA 0.1ppm;贯众试管苗生根培养的理想培养基是1/3MS+IAA 0.9 ppm。
Rhizoma cyprinus is a popular native plant in Zhejiang province,that has good ornamental and medicinal value.However,the spore reproduction of cymbals has not been studied.The results showed that the ideal medium for inducing callus with differentiation ability was 1/2MS+NH_(4)H_(2)PO_(4)150PPM+BA0.5PPM+2,4-D 1.4PPM+NAA1.4PPM.The ideal medium for callus differentiation and tufted leaf differentiation was 1/2MS+BA 0.5+NAA 0.1ppm.The ideal medium for rooting culture of guanzhong tube seedlings was 1/3MS+IAA 0.9 PPM.
