城市老旧居住区公共景观空间整合方法探究——以嘉兴市南湖街道为例

随着城市老旧居住区更新的深入开展,老旧居住区公共景观空间的不足以及其空间整合更新手段的乏善可陈也逐渐暴露。同时,老旧居住区公共景观空间是居住区邻里交流休闲等功能的主要承载体,其更新成功与否直接影响着居民生活品质改善。在这样的背景及要求下,本文以嘉兴市南湖街道老旧居住区为例,分析现有老旧居住区公共景观空间的不足及成因,并探究城市老旧居住区公共景观空间“换”“拓”“连”“合”等整合方法及其实际应用。

With the in-depth development of the renewal of old urban residential areas,the insufficiency of public landscape space in old residential areas and the lack of space integration and renewal methods are gradually exposed.At the same time,the public landscape space is the main carrier of functions such as communication and leisure in the old residential area,and its renewal directly affects the residents’quality of life.Under such a background,this paper takes the old residential area of Nanhu Street in Jiaxing City as an example,analyzes the shortage of the public landscape space in the existing old residential area,and explores the integration methods such as“replacement”,“extension”,“connection”and“coupling”and their practical application.
