基于“浙江省大花园建设”的村庄建设评价指标体系理论框架

"浙江省大花园建设行动计划"提出了五大工程:生态环境质量、全域旅游推进、绿色产业发展、基础设施提升、绿色发展机制。因此,与"浙江省大花园建设"这一宏观任务相对应,在乡村领域,针对村庄的保护和更新,本文从社会经济与乡村文化、生态环境与乡村绿化、基础设施与环境保护三个角度,归纳总结村庄建设的评价指标,初步构建形成基于"浙江省大花园建设"的村庄建设评价指标体系的理论框架。

“The Action Plan of Zhejiang Province as a Grand Garden”puts forward five major projects:ecological environment quality,whole-region tourism promotion,green industry development,infrastructure improvement,and eco-friendly growth mechanism.Therefore,corresponding to the macro task of“Zhejiang Province as a Grand Garden”,in the rural field,this paper summarizes the evaluation indexes of village construction from three perspectives,namely,social economy and rural culture,ecological environment and rural greening,infrastructure and environmental protection,aiming at the protection and renewal of villages.The theoretical framework of village construction evaluation index system based on“Zhejiang Province as a Grand Garden”is preliminarily constructed and formed.
