This article starts from the construction background of the core area of Quzhou Grand Garden,and takes the reconstruction project of the Ten Miles Riverside Landscape Belt in Quzhou City as an example.From the aspects of project planning,design,implementation and management,it sorts out the key points of project management for government-invested projects.
