试论“基本法理念”在园林企业管理制度建设中的运用

我国园林企业由于发展历史短、管理基础薄弱,在制度建设方面存在系统性缺乏和可操作性不足等问题,所以选择合理的制度建设方法至关重要。本文依据"基本法理念",提出一种管理制度建设的方法,希望能在园林企业管理制度建设过程中起到抛砖引玉的作用。

Due to the short history of development and the weak foundation of management,landscape enterprises in China have some problems such as lack of systematization and lack of operability.Therefore,it is crucial to choose a reasonable system construction method.This paper proposes a method of management system construction based on the"Basic Law Concept",hoping to play an instructive role in the construction of the landscape enterprise management system.
