中医护理在类风湿性关节炎患者中的应用

Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的探讨中医护理在类风湿性关节炎(RA)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1—12月广东省阳江市中医医院接收的68例RA患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各34例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组则实施中医护理,比较两组护理前后生命质量变化。结果观察组护理有效率为97.06%,高于对照组的88.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组生命质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组生命质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施中医护理效果显著,可有效缓解RA患者的临床症状,提升其生命质量。

Objective To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods 68 RA patients treated from January 2018 to December 2018 in Yangjiang Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.According to random number table,patients were assigned to control group(n=34)and observation group(n=34).The control group was served with routine nursing;the observation group was served with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The life quality was probed.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(97.06%)was higher than that of control group(88.24%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);before intervention,the life quality scores between groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);after intervention,the life quality scores in the observation group were higher than those of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing has an obvious effect in the improvement of RA patient’s clinical symptoms and life quality.
