摘要
在精细化管理医院的大环境下,维修工程师的考核和绩效的重要性日渐凸显,现根据医院实际需求,开发维修技术评估及考核绩效的管理系统;详细介绍该系统各模块的功能及应用效果。该系统优化设备维修各个节点流程,能有效提高维修工程师工作积极性,使得设备管理更高效规范。
In the environment of fine management hospital,maintenance engineer’s assessment and performance is more important.According to the actual needs of the hospital,the management system of maintenance technology evaluation and performance evaluation was developed.This paper introduces the function and application effect of each module of the system in detail.The system optimizes the process of each node of equipment maintenance,effectively improves the enthusiasm of maintenance engineers,and makes equipment management more efficient and standardized.
