论大学生就业适应的一般素养与促进策略

摘要 大学生就业是关乎青年发展与国计民生的社会性问题,就业过程面临的角色、活动及环境转变,使得"就业适应"成为其必然经历的一个阶段。处在该阶段的大学生,需要重点处理好个人与自我发展、个人与一般性工作需要以及个人与组织环境之间的关系。这要求大学生在专业的特殊性和职业的多样性之外,具备就业适应的一般素养。通过自我认知、理解执行、沟通交流等策略指导,提升一般素养,促进大学生就业适应,帮助其顺利完成从"大学生"到"职业人"的过渡和转变,是新时代大学教育需要关注的现实问题。 The employment of college students is a social issue related to youth development,national economy and people’s livelihood.The role,activities and environment changes faced in the employment process make"employment adaptation"an inevitable stage of their experience.College students at this stage need to focus on the relationship between personal and self-development,personal and general work needs,as well as personal and organizational environment.This requires college students to have general qualifications for employment adaptation in addition to the particularity of their profession and the diversity of occupations.Improving general qualification,promoting employment adaptation of college students,and helping them to smoothly complete the transition and transformation from"college students"to"professionals"through the guidance of strategies such as self-awareness,understanding and execution,communication and exchanges are factual problems that university education needs to pay attention to in the new era.
