Lumbodynia is very common in modern times,and Conservative management is the main clinical treatment.Medicated thread moxibustion in Zhuang medicine is a unique treatment of Zhuang medicine in Guangxi,which has the effects of promoting blood circulation,promoting qi circulation,unblocking collaterals,and alleviating pain.Its clinical application is very extensive,especially in the treatment of pain,with unique advantages.In addition,its low cost,small side effects,convenient material selection,and significant therapeutic effects are easily accepted by patients.This article reviews the clinical effects of Medicated thread moxibustion in Zhuang medicine on the treatment of lumbodynia,summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of Medicated thread moxibustion in Zhuang medicine,and provides reference for the development of Zhuang medicine.
