三种素馨属壮药根的显微数量化分析研究

Microscopic quantitative analysis of leaves of three herbs of the genus Jasminum

目的:检查木犀科素馨属中的鲫鱼胆、桂叶素馨和厚叶素馨三种药材根的石细胞是否存在明显差异,为显微数量化奠定基础。方法:分别测量根中石细胞的长径、长内径,宽径、宽内径,并进行统计学分析,检测三种药材根的粉末中石细胞是否存在明显差异。结果:厚叶素馨和桂叶素馨、厚叶素馨和鲫鱼胆根的石细胞的长径、长内径、宽径显示出差异性(P<0.05)。结论:可以通过比较这3种植物根的石细胞长径、长内径、宽径来区分这3种药材。

Objective:To examine whether there are significant differences in stone cells in the roots of three medicinal herbs,Jasminum nervosum Lour,Jasminum laurifolium Roxb and Jasminum pentaneurum Hand.-Mazz in the genus in the genus Jasminum Linn of the family Oleaceae,and to lay the foundation for microscopic quantification.Methods:The long diameter,long inner diameter,wide diameter,and wide inner diameter of roots were measured respectively,and Statistical analysis were performed to detect whether there were significant differences in stone cells in the roots of the three herbal powders.Results:There were significant differences(P<0.05)in the length-diameter,length-inner-diameter,width-diameter,and width-innerdiameter of stone cells of the three herbs.The long diameter,long inner diameter,and wide diameter of stone cells of the roots of Jasminum pentaneurum and Jasminum laurifolium,Jasminum pentaneurum and Jasminum nervosum showed differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three herbs can be distinguished by comparing the long diameter,long inner diameter,and wide diameter of the stone cells of these three plants.
