壮族民族医学治疗非特异性下腰痛的研究进展

Research Progress of Zhuang ethnic Medicine in the treatment of non-specific low back pain

非特异性腰痛(NSLBP)会导致青中年丧失劳动能力,给患者工作生活带来极大的不便,甚至严重影响患者的身心健康。非甾体抗炎药物可有效缓解疼痛,是目前临床药物治疗NSLBP的一线用药。相对于非甾体抗炎药产生胃肠道反应等不良作用,传统壮医学在慢性下腰痛临床中取得不错的疗效,深得患者的青睐。通过总结知网、万方等数据库,对壮族民族医学治疗NSLBP进行整理总结,为临床提供新思路。

non-specific low back pain(NSLBP)will cause young and middle-aged people to lose their ability to work,bring great inconvenience to patients'work and life,and even seriously affect their physical and mental health.Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs)can effectively relieve pain and are the first-line drugs in the treatment of NSLBP.Compared with the adverse effects such as gastrointestinal reactions caused by non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs,traditional Zhuang medicine has achieved a good effect in the clinical treatment of chronic low back pain and won the favor of patients.By summarizing the database of Zhiwang and Wanfang,this paper collates and summarizes the NSLBP of medical treatment of Zhuang nationality,so as to provide new ideas for clinical practice.
