民族药物龙血竭的研究进展

Research Progress of Ethnic Medicine RESINA DRACONIS

龙血竭(RESINA DRACONIS),是百合科植物剑叶龙血树的含脂木材经提取得到的树脂。化学成分丰富且复杂,主要为黄酮类、酯类、萜类、二苯乙烯类、酚类、以及甾体及苷类等化合物,其具有抑制炎症因子、促进表皮细胞修复、镇痛抗菌、降低血糖与血脂以及脑保护等药理作用,本文通过对龙血竭的化学成分、药理作用、临床应用、质量控制等方面对民族药物龙血竭的研究近况进行综述。

RESINA DRACONIS is a resin obtained from the extracted lipid-bearing wood of the Liliaceae plant.The chemical composition is rich and complex,mainly flavonoids,esters,terpenoids,stilbenes,phenols,steroids and glycosides,etc.It has pharmacological effects such as inhibiting inflammatory factors,promoting epidermal cell repair,analgesic and antibacterial,lowering blood sugar and blood lipids,and cerebral protection.In this paper,we review the recent research on the ethnic drug Longblood dried up in terms of chemical composition,pharmacological effects,clinical application and quality control.
