Research progress on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Vitex negundo L.leaves

黄荆叶作为传统壮族用药,有多种药用价值,其应用历史悠久,在东南亚等地广泛应用。黄荆叶的主要化学成分有萜烯类化合物、黄酮类、甾类、挥发油等多种化学成分。药理学研究表明,黄荆叶提取物具有抗炎镇痛、抑菌、抗肿瘤、抗疟等作用。本文对黄荆叶化学成分和药理作用的研究进行系统综述,以期为黄荆叶的临床应用及后续研究提供科学依据。

Vitex negundo L.leaves,as a traditional Zhuang medicine,has various medicinal values and a long history of application,widely used in Southeast Asia and other places.The main chemical components of Vitex negundo L.leaves include terpenes,flavonoids,steroids,volatile oils,and other chemical components.Pharmacological studies have shown that Vitex negundo L.leavesextract has antiinflammatory,analgesic,antibacterial,anti-tumor,and antimalarial effects.This article provides a systematic review of the research on the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Vitex negundo L.leaves,in order to provide scientific basis for their clinical application and subsequent research.
