Application of modern instrumental analysis in the content determination of traditional Chinese medicine and its preparations

中药及复方制剂成分复杂,如何建立高效、准确的成分分析与检测方法,确保中药质量的稳定性、可控性、安全性、有效性,是中药现代化的关键。在查阅文献的基础上,对我国目前中药及制剂质量控制中所使用的现代仪器分析检测技术进行了简单介绍,以期对我国中药质量控制技术的现代化发展起到一定的借鉴作用。

The components of traditional Chinese medicine and its compound preparations are complex.How to establish efficient and accurate analysis and detection methods to ensure the stability,controllability,safety and effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine quality is the key to the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of literature review,this paper briefly introduces the modern instrument analysis and detection technology used inthe quality control of Chinese traditional medicine and its preparations,in order to provide a reference for the modern development of the quality control technology of Chinese traditional medicine.
