脊髓缺血再灌注损伤治疗进展

Progress in treatment of spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury

脊髓缺血再灌注损伤(spinal cord ischemiareperfusion injury,SCIRI)是脊柱外科手术中的一种严重并发症,其发生机制涉及系统广泛、发生过程复杂多样,继发性损伤引起的脊柱相关功能障碍会严重影响患者的生活质量,增加患者个人、家庭以及上升至社会的负担。一旦出现脊髓缺血再灌注损伤,与原发性脊髓损伤相比治疗难度会更大。目前临床上对于脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的治疗多采用综合手段,但治疗效果不够理想。本文章通过CNKI、PubMed、万方、维普等文献检索平台查阅国内外多篇文献,对其进行分析并提炼,就近几年国内外学者在脊髓缺血再灌注损伤的中西医治疗进展方面作一综述,为相关学者在探究治疗SCIRI手段方面提供一些思路。

Spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury(SCIRI)is a serious complication in spinal surgery.Its mechanism involves a wide range of systems and complicated processes.Spinal-related dysfunction caused by secondary injury can seriously affect the quality of life of patients and increase the burden on patients,families and society.Treatment of spinal cord ischemia-reperfusion injury is more difficult than primary spinal cord injury.At present,comprehensive methods are used to treat spinal cord ischemiareperfusion injury in clinical practice,but the therapeutic effect is not ideal.In this article,through CNKI,PubMed,Wanfang,Vip and other literature retrieval platforms,many domestic and foreign literatures are analyzed and refined.This paper This article aims to review the progress of domestic and foreign scholars in the treatment of spinal cord ischemiareperfusion injury in recent years,and provies some ideas for relevant scholars in exploring the treatment of SCIRI.
