中医与壮医运用外治法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的研究综述

An overview of research on the utilization of external treatment for postherpetic neuralgia by Chinese medicine,and Zhuang medicine

带状疱疹后遗神经痛,是带状疱疹最容易出现、也最难治愈的后遗症,是指带状疱疹临床治愈后疼痛时间达到1个月及以上。一般多见于老年人,很难根治,对于人们的生活质量水平产生了严重的影响。西医多采用消炎、抗病毒、镇痛、营养神经等对症处理,疼痛改善不明显。外治法对此效果甚好,且绿色安全、副作用小。本文着眼于中医与壮医运用外治法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛撰写一篇综述,希望为临床运用外治法治疗PHN提供更加广阔的研究思路。

Postherpetic neuralgia is the most likely and intractable sequelae of herpes zoster.It refers to the pain time for 1 month or more after the clinical cure of herpes zoster.It is generally more common in the elderly and difficult to eradicate,which has produced a serious influence on people's quality of life level.Western medicine mostly adopts symptomatic therapy,including anti-inflammatory,antiviral,analgesic,and nutritional nerve,and the pain improvement is not significant.External treatment has a good effect on this,and it is green,safe,and,has little side effects.This article focuses on the utilization of external treatment for postherpetic neuralgia by Chinese medicine and Zhuang medicine in a review,hoping to provide a broader research idea for the clinical use of external treatment for PHN.
