肿节风治疗痛风的应用探讨

壮族地区有不少治疗痛风的药方,据反馈以肿节风为主药用来治疗痛风的经验方确有疗效,但是在中医、壮医临床中较少见到如此用药。为了深入了解肿节风的功效、作用以及临床应用情况,本文通过文献查阅近年来肿节风相关制剂的应用,发现肿节风在治疗伤科、炎症、痹病这些方面有确切的疗效。经分析痛风的病因及治则,肿节风的功效和作用恰能有效的对治痛风引起的关节疼痛、红肿、灼热等症状,为开发利用肿节风来治疗痛风的合理性提供参考。
