摘要
胃部疼痛,程度不一,或伴反酸嗳气等不适,壮医上为“胴尹”,也是中医学上的“胃脘痛”范畴。壮医基础理论中“三道两路”是人体组织保持平衡的通路,通路失调是疾病发生的关键所在。壮医临床上的长期积累对治疗“胴尹”颇有经验,尤其以壮医脐环针治疗效果最佳,文章从“三道两路”为切入点,探讨壮医脐环针治疗胴尹的机制,为胴尹的治疗提供新思路。
Stomach pain,with varying degrees,or with acid reflux and belching and other discomfort,is called“stomach pain”in Zhuang medicine,and is also the category of“stomach pain”in Chinese medicine.In the basic theory of Zhuang medicine,the“three channels and two roads”are the pathways of human tissues to maintain balance,and the disorder of the pathways is the key to the occurrence of diseases.The article explores the mechanism of Zhuang medicine's umbilical ring acupuncture for the treatment of stomach pain from the starting point of“three channels and two pathways”,and provides new ideas for the treatment of stomach pain.
