从辛温燥湿、化浊解毒论治新型冠状病毒感染

Treatment of novel coronavirus infection from pungent,warm,dry and damp,turbid and detoxification

新型冠状病毒感染全球大流行以来,我国由于早期使用并全国推行了中医药治法,因此取得了更为突出的成效,也积累了宝贵的中医药治疫经验。2022年12月初,国家对新冠疫情防控措施优化调整后,笔者通过线上与线下的方式,在中医辨证论治理论指导下,因人因时因地制宜地采用辛温燥湿、化浊解毒的治法,以桂枝汤和藿朴夏苓汤为主治疗了百余例新冠病毒感染患者,所有患者均获治愈,无1例转重或死亡。特此介绍经治案例2则,以窥中医药治疗新冠感染的特色与优势。

Since the novel coronavirus infected the global pandemic,China has made more outstanding achievements and accumulated valuable experience in the treatment of epidemic diseases with traditional Chinese medicine due to its early use and nationwide implementation of traditional Chinese medicine.At the beginning of December 2022,after the optimization and adjustment of the national prevention and control measures for the COVID-19,the author,through online and offline methods,under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,adopted the treatment method of burning,warming,drying and dampness,resolving turbidity and detoxification according to people,time and local conditions,and treated more than 100 patients with COVID-19 infection mainly with Guizhi Decoction and Huopu Xialing Decoction.All patients were cured,and no one became serious or died.This is to introduce 2 cases of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,in order to see the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COVID-19 infection.
