摘要
目的:制备一种负载新藤黄酸(GNA)的羟基磷灰石/玉米醇溶蛋白(Zein)纳米粒(HA/Zein-GNA NPs),以期提高GNA的包封率。方法:采用相分离法和模拟体液法制备HA/Zein-GNA NPs。结果:HA/Zein-GNA NPs粒径为(301.0±6.04)nm,Zeta电位为(-47.53±0.90)mV,包封率为(92.45±0.60)%。结论:相分离和模拟体液法简单可行,制备的HA/Zein-GNA NPs可以提高GNA的包封率。
Objective:Hydroxyapatite/Zein nanoparticles(HA/Zein-GNA NPs)loaded with Gambogenic acid(GNA)were prepared with a view to improving the encapsulation rate of GNA.Method:HA/Zein-GNA NPs were prepared by phase separation method and simulated body fluid method.Result:The HA/Zein-GNA NPs had a particle size of(301.0±6.04)nm,a potential zeta of(-47.53±0.90)mV,and an encapsulation rate of(92.45±0.60)%.Conclusion:The phase separation and simulated body fluid method are simple and feasible,and the prepared HA/Zein-GNA NPs can improve the encapsulation rate of GNA.
