摘要
目的:采用网络药理学,探讨银杏叶治疗冠心病(coronary heart disease,CHD)的作用机制。方法通过中药系统药理学与分析平台、蛋白质数据库、人类基因数据库、STRING、DAVID等数据库,获取银杏叶的有效成分、潜在靶点、银杏叶治疗冠心病的关键靶点和信号通路。结果检索后得到银杏叶有效成分27个;治疗CHD的潜在靶点基因191个;银杏叶有效成分为槲皮素、山柰素等,关键靶点为AKT1、IL-6等,关键信号通路为PI3K-Akt、HIF-1等。结论银杏叶通过PI3K-Akt信号通路,发挥调节血管内皮生成、抗炎等作用来治疗CHD,为银杏叶后续研究及应用提供借鉴。
Objective:The mechanism of action of Ginkgo biloba leaf in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)was investigated by network pharmacology.Methods:The active components,potential targets,key targets and signaling pathways of Ginkgo biloba leaf in the treatment of coronary heart disease were searched and screened by TCMSP,Uniprot database,GeneCards database,Cytoscape software and OMICSHARE database.Results:After searching,27 active components of Ginkgo biloba leaves were obtained.191 potential target genes for the treatment of CHD;Its active components are quercetin and kafeferol,and its key targets are AKT1、IL-6,and key signaling pathways are PI3K-Akt,HIF-1,etc.Conclusion:Ginkgo biloba leaves can promote endotheliogenesis and antiinflammatory effect in the treatment of CHD through PI3K-Akt signaling pathway,which provides reference for the followup research and application of Ginkgo biloba.
