拳卷地钱胶囊进行常规质量检查

Routine Quality Inspection of Marchantia subintegra Mitt.Capsules

目的:本研究在前期研究的基础上对拳卷地钱胶囊进行常规质量检查。方法:参照《中国药典》对拳卷地钱胶囊进行性状检查、水分检查、装量差异检查、崩解时限检查。结果:三批胶囊的外观检查结果显示:囊壳完整光洁无破裂,内容物呈棕褐色,气清香味微苦,并无任何肉眼可见杂质等,含水量分别为7.9%、7.8%、8.1%,装量差异均小于10%,崩解时限等均符合2015年版《中国药典》要求。结论:本研究进行拳卷地钱胶囊常规质量检查结果符合2015年版《中国药典》要求,为该药材今后的药用资源开发和新药申报提供实验数据参考。

Objective:On the basis of previous research,this study carried out routine quality inspections for Marchantia subintegra Mitt.capsules.Methods:According to“China Pharmacopoeia”,the properties,moisture content,volume difference,and disintegration time limit of Marchantia subintegra Mitt.capsules were examined.Result:The visual inspection results of the three batches of capsules showed that the capsule shell was intact,smooth,and unbroken,the contents were brown,and the air was clear and fragrant,and there were no impurities visible to the naked eye.The water contents were 7.9%,7.8%,and 8.1%,respectively,and the difference in loading was less than 10%.The disintegration time was in line with the requirements of the 2015 edition of China Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:The routine quality inspection results of Marchantia subintegra Mitt.capsules in this study meet the requirements of China Pharmacopoeia(2015 edition),and provide experimental data references for the future development of medicinal resources and new drug declarations for this medicinal material.
