马钱子在骨骼系统疾病的临床应用及其研究进展

马钱子,伤科疗伤止痛之佳品,具有散结消肿,通络止痛之功效,临床应用效果显著。近年来对中药马钱子多方面的认识和研究取得了较大进展。文章搜集古籍资料,并结合现代文献研究,回顾和分析了近年来研究有毒中药马钱子的文献,总结并归纳马钱子在减毒增效方面的研究进展,为今后深入马钱子的毒性研究提供相关的依据。并通过马钱子的药理学、毒理学等方面的研究,了解马钱子在骨伤科方面的发挥作用的主要有效成分,对马钱子在防治骨质疏松、骨关节炎等骨骼系统疾病的实验进展、临床研究应用进行总结归纳,提供合理性的建议,对后续马钱子药材的研究、开发以及应用具有重要意义,是具有较大开发潜力的中草药,本文主要对其减毒增效、有效成分、临床应用以及相关实验动物学研究进行综述,为马钱子进一步开发利用提供参考。
