摘要
马钱子,有剧毒,临床多用其炮制品。本文对国内外马钱子相关文献进行整理查阅,从马钱子的化学成分、药理作用及减毒增效等方面进行简要的综述,以期为马钱子进一步的开发与临床治疗提供科学依据。
Semen-strychni has the function of dispelling knots and swelling,clearing away collaterals and relieving pains and the clinical application effect is remarkable.The toxicity of raw materials is severe,which greatly restricts their medicinal value and requires the use of drugs after processing.This paper retrospectively analyzes the information concerning Semen Strychni,summarizes its chemical components,pharmaceutical action,methods on brucine attenuated efficiency,which provide evidences for advanced researches.
