基于“肥胖不孕”学说浅谈体病相关论对不孕症的影响

Based on the theory of“obesity infertility”,a brief talk on the influence of body disease-related theory on infertility

基于《傅青主女科·种子篇》之“肥胖不孕”提出的辨证学术思想,结合体病相关论学术理念,从子宫内膜容受性和妊娠结局二个方面初略探究体病相关论对肥胖女性不孕症发病机理与预后转归的影响,为现代生殖医学界研究不孕症早期预防和中医药治疗提供新思路、新机遇、新体系。

Based on the dialectical academic thought of“Obese Infertility”in Fu Qingzhu Gynecology and Seeds,combined with the academic idea of body diseaserelated theory,this paper explores the influence of body disease-related theory on the pathogenesis and prognosis of obese women’s infertility from two aspects:endometrial receptivity and pregnancy outcome,providing new ideas,new opportunities and new systems for modern reproductive medicine to study early prevention of infertility and traditional Chinese medicine treatment.
