基于壮医“三道两路”理论探析泄泻的治疗

岭南地区,泄泻是常见病、多发病,其发病与当地地理环境和风俗习惯等因素有关。“三道两路”是壮医学的核心理论之一。三道所指的是谷道、水道、气道,两路是指火路与龙路。从“三道两路”理论探析泄泻病因病机,探讨应用壮医特色疗法通调“三道两路”,恢复机体的内外平衡和天、地、人三气同步,以期能为壮医对泄泻的防治诊疗提供新思路。

In Lingnan area,diarrhea is a common and frequent disease,and its onset is related to the local geographical environment and customs and other factors.The“three passages and two channels”is one of the core theories of Zhuang medicine.The three passages refer to the valley passage,water passage and air passage,and the two channels refer to the fire channel and dragon channel.From the theory of“three passages and two channels”,we analyze the etiology and pathogenesis of diarrhea,and discuss the application of Zhuang medicine's special therapy to regulate the“three passages and two channels”to restore the internal and external balance of the body and synchronize the three qi of heaven,earth and human,in order to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of diarrhea in Zhuang medicine.
