壮瑶药的应用与发展前景初探

壮瑶医药是广西壮族和瑶族人民在漫长的生活实践中形成和发展起来的独特民族医药,是我国传统文化瑰宝。现阶段壮瑶医药的应用较广泛,其独特的医疗手段在治疗多种疑难杂症上疗效显著,例如壮瑶医药的常用疗法——壮瑶药浴,在我国第一部系统性医学典籍《黄帝内经》中,将泡浴疗法上升到理论高度,如《素问·阴阳应象大论》认为“寒者热之,热者寒之,摩之浴之”,由此可见药浴的历史源远流长;自新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情发生以来,壮瑶医药充分发挥其独特优势,为抗击新冠肺炎注入新的力量;壮瑶医药也广泛应用于食品、保健品和化妆品等方面。壮瑶医药作为北部湾经济区特色产业,市场需求日益增大,还迎来了国家实施“健康中国”战略、“一带一路”建设和东盟合作深化的战略契机,发展前景十分广阔。本文拟通过对壮瑶医药的应用和发展前景进行总结和分析,为壮瑶医药传承创新提供研究思路。

Zhuang Yao medicine is a unique national medicine formed and developed by Zhuang and Yao people in Guangxi in the long life practice,and it is the treasure of Chinese traditional culture.At this stage,Zhuang Yao medicine is widely used,and its unique medical means are effective in the treatment of a variety of difficult and complicated diseases.For example,Zhuang Yao medicine bath,a commonly used therapy of Zhuang Yao medicine,is elevated to a theoretical level in the Huangdi Neijing,the first systematic medical classic in China.For example,“Suwen·Yin and Yang should be like a great Theory”holds that“cold causes heat,heat causes cold,and massage causes bath”.It can be seen that the history of medicinal bath has a long history;Since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,Zhuangyao Medicine has made full use of its unique advantages to inject new strength into the fight against the novel coronavirus pneumonia;Zhuangyao medicine is also widely used in food,health care and cosmetics.As a featured industry in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,Zhuangyao Pharmaceutical has an increasing market demand,and also ushered in the strategic opportunity of the national implementation of the“healthy China”strategy,the construction of the“Belt and Road”and the deepening of ASEAN cooperation,and has a very broad development prospect.By summarizing and analyzing the application and development prospect of Zhuangyao medicine,this paper provides research ideas for Zhuangyao medicine inheritance and innovation.
