拳卷地钱胶囊成型工艺研究

Study on molding process of Marchantia convoluta capsule

目的:本研究在前期研究的基础上进行拳卷地钱胶囊成型工艺研究,制备拳卷地钱胶囊。方法:测定休止角和吸湿率的数值,结合综合评分法得出最佳药用辅料及其配比,以成型率和收得率考察润湿剂食用乙醇的浓度和用量,测定颗粒的堆密度、临界相对湿度等。结果:研究结果表明最佳药用辅料为乳糖和可溶性淀粉等比例的混合物,与干膏的最优配比为干膏∶乳糖∶可溶性淀粉为1∶1∶1,50℃烘干,加入润湿剂湿是70%的食用乙醇溶液,其用量为药用辅料的0.25~0.30倍,堆密度的数值结合前期药效实验计算出使用0号胶囊壳较好,临界相对湿度的结果显示该胶囊剂制备环境要求在湿度不高于65%。结论:本研究进行拳卷地钱胶囊成型工艺的研究,实验方法科学合理、简便可行、数据可靠。

Objective:On the basis of previous studies,this study studied the molding process of Marchantia convoluta capsule and prepared it.Methods:The values of angle of repose and moisture absorption rate were measured,and the best medicinal excipients and their ratios were obtained by comprehensive scoring method.The concentration and dosage of edible ethanol were investigated by forming rate and yield rate,and the bulk density and critical relative humidity of particles were measured.Results:The results showed that the best pharmaceutical excipients were a mixture of lactose and soluble starch in equal proportions.The optimal ratio to dry extract was dry extract∶lactose∶soluble starch was 1∶1∶1,dried at 50℃,and the wetting agent was 70%.The amount of edible ethanol solution was 0.25~0.30 times that of pharmaceutical excipients.The value of bulk density combined with the previous pharmacodynamic experiment showed that the use of No.0 capsule shell was better.The results of critical relative humidity showed that the preparation environment of the capsule required humidity not higher than 65%.Conclusion:In this study,the molding process of Marchantia convoluta capsule was studied.The experimental method was scientific and reasonable,simple and feasible,and the data were reliable.
