基于Web of Science的骨关节炎氧化应激相关文献可视化分析

摘要 目的:运用可视化软件对近20年骨关节炎和氧化应激相关文献进行计量学分析,探讨该领域的研究热点及发展趋势,为今后研究提供参考。方法:使用CiteSpace5.8.R1软件,以Web of Science数据库为数据来源,设定检索时间为2001-01-01至2021-12-31进行检索,对获得文献进行发文趋势,国家/地区、机构、作者共现,文献、作者、期刊共被引,以及关键词分析并可视化。结果:共纳入999篇有效文献,这些文献发表机构大多来自大学,发文量最多的是温州医科大学;发文量最多和中心性最高的国家分别是:中国和美国;FRANCISCO J BLANCO教授是最为突出的高产作者,共发文19篇。共现网络显示,对外合作最为紧密的国家是美国;各主要机构和作者间均缺乏广泛而深入的学术联系。共被引分析中,文献共被引排名第一的是Lepetsos P(2016年);LOESER RF在作者共被引中居首位;OSTEOARTHR CARTILAGE是共被引频次最高的期刊,NAT REV RHEUMATOL是2021年该领域共被引期刊中影响因子较高者。关键词共现和突现结果表明,软骨细胞、细胞外基质、细胞凋亡、炎症、抗氧化剂、自噬是研究人员关注的焦点,对应的分子机制基础研究是该领域的发展趋势。结论:近20年,OA与氧化应激领域得到越来越多的关注;抗氧化应激作为治疗OA的一种潜在干预方法,未来研究应注重多国家/地区和机构的协同合作;我国作为该领域研究的重要参与国,尚缺乏重大的研究成果,应加强与美国、意大利、德国等较为深入国家间的学术交流,并发挥我国中医药的优势,开展中医药干预的相关研究,力求发表高水平的科研论文,扩大我国的学术影响力;本研究可视化结果能够为今后OA与氧化应激领域进一步的发展提供参考。 Objective:The visualization software is used to conduct quantitative analysis of the literature related to osteoarthritis and oxidative stress in the past 20 years,to explore the research hotspots and development trends in this field,and to provide reference for future research.Method:Using CiteSpace5.8.R1 software,using the Web of Science database as the data source,the search time is set from 2001-01-01 to 2021-12-31 for search,and the trend of obtained literature is published,countries/regions,institutions,and authors are co-emerging,and literature,authors,and journals are cited together,as well as keyword analysis and visualization.Results:A total of 999 valid literature were included,most of which were published by universities,and the most published article was Wenzhou Medical University;the countries with the most published and the highest centrality were:China and the United States;Professor Francisco J BLANCO was the most prominent and prolific author,with a total of 19 articles.The Co-Occurrence Network shows that the country with the closest external cooperation is the United States;there is a lack of broad and in-depth academic ties among the major institutions and authors.Among the cocitation analyses,Lepetsos P(2016)was the first among the co-cited journals;LOESER RF ranked first among author citations;OSTEOARTHR CARTILAGE was the most frequently cited journal,and NAT REV RHEUMATOL was the highest impact factor among the most cited journals in the field in 2021.The results of key word co-occurrence and surprise show that chondrocytes,extracellular matrix,apoptosis,inflammation,antioxidants,and autophagy are the focus of researchers,and the corresponding basic research on molecular mechanisms is the development trend in this field.Conclusion:In the past 20 years,the field of OA and oxidative stress has received more and more attention;antioxidant stress as a potential intervention method for the treatment of OA,future research should focus on the synergy of multiple countries/regions and institutions;China,as an important participant in research in this field,still lacks major research results,should strengthen academic exchanges with the United States,Italy,Germany and other more in-depth countries,and give play to the advantages of Traditional Chinese medicine in China,carry out relevant research on traditional Chinese medicine intervention,and strive to publish high-level scientific research papers.Expand the academic influence of China;the visualization results of this study can provide a reference for further development in the field of OA and oxidative stress in the future.
