壮药藤黄檀叶的抑菌作用研究

Study on bacteriostatic of the leaves of Dalbergia hancei Benth of the Zhuang medicine

目的:研究壮药藤黄檀叶是否有抑菌作用,为进一步临床应用提供参考。方法:采用配制不同含药浓度的培养基,用不同细菌的接种,观察其抑菌效果。结果:藤黄檀叶的水提液对2号细菌即耐药型金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,且最小抑菌浓度为0.5 g/mL;而对实验其他菌种无效。结论:本实验为藤黄檀的进一步研究其抑菌作用及试验提供了基础和依据。

Objective:Study on bacteriostatic of the leaves of Dalbergia hancei Benth of the Zhuang medicine,so as to provide reference for further clinical use.Methods:The bacteriostatic was observed by inoculating different bacteria in the medium with different drug concentration.Results:The water extract of he leaves of Dalbergia hancei Benth had inhibitory effect on bacteria 2,namelydrugresistant staphylococcus aureus,with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 0.5 g/mL,But not for other bacterial strains in the experiment.Conclusion:This experiment provides a foundation and basics for the further study on the bacteriostasis and experiments of Dalbergia hancei Benth.
