摘要
中药蒽醌类成分具有广泛的药理作用,在试验与临床相关研究中,蒽醌类成分的药效作用亦有很多,且蒽醌类成分的药理应用越来越广泛。本文就蒽醌类成分的抗炎、抗血栓、抗菌、泻下利水等药理药效及其作用机制进行综述,以便为进一步深入研究蒽醌类成分及揭示其相关的作用机制提供科学的依据。
Anthraquinone has multiple pharmacological effect which has been reported by a large number of experiment and clinic research.The application of anthraquinones has becoming more and more popular.The pharmacological effect of anti-inflammatory,antithrombus,purgative and anti-microbial was reviewed here in order to provide the reference for further research and the working mechanism of anthraquinones in Chinese traditional medicine.
