不同干燥温度对香蕉、皇帝蕉、野蕉果皮中羽扇豆酮的影响

摘要 目的:用5个恒定温度对香蕉、野蕉及皇帝蕉果皮进行烘干处理,采用HPLC法测定其羽扇豆酮的含量。探究不同干燥温度对其含量的影响,以期确定最适烘干温度,为香蕉、皇帝蕉和野蕉果皮提取羽扇豆酮的前期处理提供参考依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法对5个不同恒定温度(80℃、70℃、60℃、50℃、40℃)烘干处理的香蕉、皇帝蕉和野蕉果皮中的羽扇豆酮进行含量测定。结果:不同烘干温度对香蕉、皇帝蕉及野蕉果皮中羽扇豆酮的含量差异影响较大,其中野蕉皮在80℃下烘干含量最高,最低为40℃;香蕉皮在40℃下含量最高,50℃最低;而皇帝蕉皮的则是40℃最高,70℃最低;在所有样品中羽扇豆酮含量最高(9.96±0.14)和最低(2.59±0.10)相差3倍以上。结论:不同烘干温度对香蕉、皇帝蕉和野蕉果皮中羽扇豆酮成分的含量有较大影响,选择最适宜的温度对其进行干燥处理可提高羽扇豆酮的获取效率。 Objective:The peels of Musa nana Lour.Musa acuminata cv.Mas(AA)and Musa balbisiana Colla were dried at 5 constant temperatures,and the content of lupenone was determined by high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC).This is to determine the most suitable drying temperature and provide a reference for the pre-processing of extracting lupenone in the peel of Musa nana Lour.Musa acuminata cv.Mas(AA)and Musa balbisiana Colla.Methods:To establish an HPLC method for determining the lupenone contents the peel of Musa nana Lour.Musa acuminata cv.Mas(AA)and Musa balbisiana Colla dried at 5 different constant temperatures(80℃、70℃、60℃、50℃、40℃)and were used to explore the influence of different drying temperatures on its content.Results:Different drying temperatures had a greater impact on the content of lupenone in the peels of Musa nana Lour.Musa acuminata cv.Mas(AA)and Musa balbisiana Colla.Among them,the content of Musa balbisiana Colla Peel was the highest at 80℃,and the lowest was 40℃;the content of Musa nana Lour.peel was the highest at 40℃,and the lowest at 80℃;while the content of Musa acuminata cv.Mas(AA)peel was the highest at 40℃and the lowest at 70℃;In all samples,the difference between the highest(9.96±0.14)and lowest(2.59±0.10)content of lupenone was more than 3 times.Conclusion:Different drying temperatures had a greater impact on the content of lupenone in the peels of Musa nana Lour.Musa acuminata cv.Mas(AA)and Musa balbisiana Colla.Choosing the most suitable temperature to dry it could improve the efficiency of obtaining lupenone.
