壮医外治法治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进展

Research Progress of Zhuang Medicine in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis

壮医外治法是治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)疾病的重要手段,不仅方法众多、经验丰富,而且疗效明显。近年来临床治疗KOA呈多样化趋势,而壮医外治法作为民族传统特色优势疗法,以费用低廉、操作简便、不良反应少以及效果确切等优势备受青睐。壮医外治法以壮医药线点灸疗法、壮医特色针灸疗法、壮医竹罐疗法、壮医经筋疗法以及壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法等居多,目前有关壮医外治法治疗KOA的文献越来越多,本文旨在对通过壮医外治法对KOA治疗的最新进展进行综述,为壮医外治法的临床管理研究进行进一步推广推广应用提供依据。

Zhuang medicine external treatment is an important means to treat knee osteoarthritis(KOA)disease,not only has many methods,rich experience,but also has obvious efficacy.In recent years,the clinical treatment of KOA has shown a diversified trend,and the Zhuang medical external treatment method,as a traditional national advantage therapy,is favored for its advantages of low cost,simple operation,few adverse reactions and accurate effects.Zhuang medicine external treatment method to Zhuang medicine line moxibustion therapy,Zhuang medicine characteristic acupuncture therapy,Zhuang medicine bamboo pot therapy,Zhuang medical meridian therapy and Zhuang medicine lotus needle cupping and stasis therapy,etc.,at present,there are more and more literature on zhuang medicine external treatment of KOA,this article aims to review the latest progress of KOA treatment through Zhuang medicine external treatment method,and provide a basis for further promotion and application of the clinical management research of Zhuang medicine external treatment method.
