摘要
随着越来越多学者对中药复方制剂有效成分的深入挖掘,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)作为一种高效、准确、灵敏度高的分析手段受到越来越广泛的应用。目前,高效液相色谱法多与其他分析手段如质谱、红外光谱、荧光检测器等技术联用便于对中药复杂成分的分析。
As more and more scholars dig deeper into the effective components of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations,high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)has been widely used as an efficient,accurate and sensitive analytical method.At present,high-performance liquid chromatography is mostly combined with other analytical methods such as mass spectrometry,infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence detector and other technologies to facilitate the analysis of complex components of traditional Chinese medicine.
