改进后的腰骶部整脊手法联合壮医药物竹罐外治法治疗产后腰痛的临床研究

Clinical study of improved lumbosacral chiropractic manipulation combined with Zhuang medicine bamboo pot external treatment for postpartum low back pain

目的:改进后的腰骶部整脊手法联合壮医药物竹罐外治法治疗产后腰痛的治疗效果进行探讨。方法:研究对象筛选基于纳入标准和排除标准作为前提,抽选2021年7月至2023年3月腰痛患者240例,临床上予以改进后的腰骶部整脊手法联合壮医药物竹罐治疗为实验组和两个亚组,于相同时间段另选传统治疗(TDP红外照射)为对照组。4组患者的临床治疗情况以及预后情况展开分析和数据对比。结果:实验组的总有效率其他组差异明显,VAS分值数值观察组更优,统计结果显示P<0.05,具有统计学有意义。结论:对产后腰痛患者实施中壮医联合治疗可有效改善患者疼痛症状,提高治疗效果。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of the modified lumbosacral chiropractic manipulation combined with Zhuang medicine bamboo jars in the treatment of postpartum low back pain.The clinical treatment and prognosis of the patients in the four groups were analyzed and compared.The clinical treatment and prognosis of the four groups were analyzed and the data were compared.The results showed that the total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly different from that of the other groups,and the VAS score value was better in the observation group,and the statistical results showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant.Conclusion:The combined treatment of Chinese and Zhuang medicine for patients with postpartum low back pain can effectively improve the pain symptoms of patients and enhance the treatment effect.
