瑶药山慈姑合剂治疗脓疱型痤疮临床观察

Clinical observation of Yao Medicine Shan Ci Gu Mixture in the treatment of pustular acne

目的:探讨瑶药山慈姑合剂治疗脓疱型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将40例患者随机分为2组,每组20例。试验组涂抹瑶药山慈姑合剂于患处4周,对照组仅涂抹生理盐水于患处4周。在治疗前由实验员计算患者皮损数,在涂抹后第1周、第2周、第4周由实验员记录两组患者皮损数量,观察其临床疗效。结果:试验组与对照组皮损积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组的临床疗效优于对照组的临床疗效。结论:瑶药山慈姑与维生素C、维生素E制成的合剂对脓疱型痤疮的治疗疗效明显,该合剂能有效降低痤疮皮损面积,改善临床症状,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Yao medicine shan Cigu mixture on Inflammatory Acne treatment.Methods:40 patients with Inflammatory Acne were randomly divided into 2 groups,20 patients in each group.The test group applied shan Cigu mixture for 4 weeks,and the control group only applied normal saline for 4 weeks.After application,form the first week,the second week and the fourth week,the experimenter recorded the number and of skin lesions in the two groups,they observed their clinical efficacy.Results:Compared with the score of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical effect was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:The combination trement of vitamin C and vitamin E has an obvious curative effect in Inflammatory Acne.This combination can effectively reduce Skin damage due to acne,it could improve clinical symptoms,it was worthy of clinical application.
