对叶百部总生物碱对CHL细胞活性的影响

摘要 目的:探讨对叶百部总生物碱对中国仓鼠肺细胞CHL活性的影响。方法:以对叶百部总生物碱为指标成分,通过采用MTT比色法检测不同的含药浓度(10μg/mL、22μg/mL、50μg/mL、112μg/mL、250μg/mL)对CHL细胞存活的影响。结果:MTT比色法检测,在不同药液浓度(10μg/mL、22μg/mL、50μg/mL、112μg/mL、250μg/mL)干预CHL细胞24 h后,与空白组比较,对叶百部总生物碱250μg/mL及以下药液浓度对存活率均无显著差异(P>0.05),说明对叶百部总生物碱浓度在250μg/mL及以下对CHL细胞无明显毒性作用。结论:在本实验条件下,对叶百部总生物碱(10~250μg/mL)对中国仓鼠肺细胞株CHL细胞无明显的细胞毒性作用。 Objective:Discussion on Stemona tuberosa Alkaloids of Chinese hamster lung cells the activity of chlorophyll.Methods:To Stemona tuberosa Alkaloids as an index of total alkaloid composition,by adopting determined by MTT colorimetry to detect different containing drug concentration(10,22,50,112,250μg/mL).Results:MTT colorimetric detection,CHL cells were treated with different concentrations(10,22,50,112,250μg/mL)for 24 h,compared with the blank group,Stemona tuberosa Alkaloids 250μg/mL and below,concentration had no significant difference in survival rate(P>0.05),The results showed that there was no obvious toxic effect on CHL cells when the concentration of total alkaloids was below 250μg/mL.Conclusions:Under this experimental condition,the Stemona tuberosa Alkaloids(10~250μg/mL)of the Chinese hamster lung cell lines when no obvious cytotoxic cells.
