十一方药酒药理作用与临床应用研究进展

Research Progress on Pharmacological Action and Clinical Application of Shiyifang Vinum

十一方药酒是由广西中医药大学第一附属医院自主研发、具有地方特色、享誉省内外、疗效卓越的院内制剂。其处方由自然铜、红花、大黄、乳香、没药、续断、土鳖虫等多味药材组成,具有活血化瘀、接骨续筋、去腐生肌、消肿止痛等功效。临床及实验研究表明,十一方药酒对治疗骨折、膝骨关节炎、急慢性软组织损伤、糖尿病足、腰扭伤、褥疮等病症的治疗具有良好效果,还具有止痛、抑菌、抗炎、预防血管疾病等作用。近些年随着十一方药酒使用范围的不断扩大,研究人员对十一方药酒的药理作用、临床应用作了大量研究,十一方药酒对于各种疾病的治疗机制被阐释、越来越多的临床应用被挖掘出来。因此本文将对十一方药酒近些年的药理作用及临床应用研究进展作一综述,对前人研究成果进行总结归纳并希望为后续研究提供思路和资料参考。

Shiyifang Vinum is an in-hospital preparation independently developed by the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine,which has local characteristics,enjoys a good reputation both inside and outside the province and has excellent curative effect.Its prescription consists of pyrite,safflower,rhubarb,frankincense,myrrh,himalayan teasel root,ground beetle,etc.It has the effects of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis,healing bones and tendons,removing putrefaction and promoting granulation,and relieving swelling and pain.Clinical and experimental studies show that Shiyifang Vinum has good effects on the treatment of fracture,knee osteoarthritis,acute and chronic soft tissue injuries,diabetic foot,lumbar sprain,bedsore and other diseases,and also has the functions of relieving pain,inhibiting bacteria,resisting inflammation and preventing vascular diseases.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the application range of Shiyifang Vinum,researchers have done a lot of research on the pharmacological action and clinical application of Shiyifang Vinum.The therapeutic mechanism of Shiyifang Vinum for various diseases has been explained,and more and more clinical applications have been excavated.Therefore,this article will review the research progress of pharmacological action and clinical application of Shiyifang Vinum in recent years,and summarize the previous research results,hoping to provide ideas and data reference for followup research.
