对叶百部在我国药用历史悠久,是传统的杀虫止咳药物。对叶百部化学成分有两大类,分别为生物碱类和非生物碱类,具有镇咳,平喘,驱虫,杀虫,抗菌抗病毒,松弛平滑肌等药理作用,临床应用于咳嗽,肺结核,肺炎,头虱,阴虱,阴道炎,螨虫病,湿疹,疥疮等疾病。本文主要为对叶百部药理作用和临床应用进行简单综述。

It has a long history of medicinal use in China and is a traditional insecticide and cough suppressant.It has two main groups of chemical components,alkaloids and non-alkaloids,and has pharmacological effects such as cough suppressant,wheezing,anthelmintic,insecticide,antibacterial and antiviral,smooth muscle relaxant,etc.It is used clinically for cough,tuberculosis,pneumonia,head lice,pubic lice,vaginitis,mites,eczema and scabies.This article is a brief review of the pharmacological effects and clinical applications of Yerba Mate.
