民族药苍白秤钩风的初步质量研究

The Preliminary Quality Analysis of the Crude Drug of Diploclisia glaucescens(B1.)Diels

目的:研究苍白秤钩风药材的初步质量分析。方法:采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层鉴别进行定性鉴别,按2020年《中国药典》附录中的方法对水分、总灰分和浸出物进行检查。结果:药材性状、显微鉴别特征明显;14批样品的薄层色谱斑点清晰;水分,总灰分,浸出物。结论:该方法准确稳定,重复性好,可为苍白秤钩风质量标准的制定提供依据。

Objective:To study the preliminary quality analysis of the crude drug of Diploclisia glaucescens(B1.)Diels.Methods:Qualitative identification was carried out by character identification,microscopic identification and thin layer identification,and the moisture,total ash and extract were examined according to the method in the appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia in 2020.Results:The characteristics and microscopic identification of the medicinal materials were obvious;The TLC spots of14 batches of samples were clear;Moisture,Total Ash,Extracts.Conclusion:The method is accurate,stable and reproducible,and can provide a basis for the establishment of quality standards for Diploclisia glaucescens(B1.)Diels.
