青天葵化学成分和药理作用的研究进展

Research Progress of Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Action of Nervilia fordii

青天葵含有黄酮类、萜类、氨基酸类、挥发油类、甾体类等多种化学成分,具有润肺止咳,清热凉血,散瘀解毒的功效。现代药理学研究表明,青天葵提取物具有抑制肿瘤、抗炎解热、抗病毒、抑菌等药理作用。本文通过查阅近年青天葵的相关文献,对其化学成分及其药理作用进行总结、归纳,对青天葵今后的资源开发、药理研究和综合利用提供一定的基础。

Nervilia fordii(Hance)Schltr.contains flavonoids,terpenoids,amino,volatile oils,steroids and other chemical components,which has the effects of moistening lung and relieving cough,clearing heat and cooling blood,dispersing blood stasis and detoxification.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the extract of Nervilia fordii has many pharmacological effects,such as inhibition of tumor,anti-inflammation and antipyretic,anti-virus,bacteriostasis and so on.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Nervilia fordii were summarized by consulting the relevant literature in recent years,so as to provide a certain basis for the resource development,pharmacological research and comprehensive utilization of Nervilia fordii in the future.
