瑶药小红钻化学成分及药理活性研究进展

Research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Special Yao medicine Kadsura oblongifolia

小红钻是瑶族传统老班药"十八钻"之一,来源于五味子科植物冷饭藤Kadsura oblongifolia Merr.的根和茎,具有祛风除湿、强筋壮骨、补肾健脾、散寒和行气止痛等功效。小红钻主要含有木脂素类、三萜类和黄酮类等多种化学成分,具有抗病毒和抗肿瘤等药理作用。本文通过对小红钻化学成分及药理活性的研究进展进行归纳、整理,以期为小红钻的深入研究提供参考。

"Xiaohongzuan"is one of the"Shi ba zuan"of Yao medicines.It has the functions of dispelling wind and dehumidification,strengthening tendons and bones,tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen,dispersing cold and activating qi to relieve pain.The chemical compositions of Kadsura oblongifolia are mainly lignans,triterpenes,and flavonoids.It has many pharmacological effects,such as anti-virus and anti-tumor.This paper summarized the research progress of the chemical constituents and pharmacological action of Kadsura oblongifolia,which aim to provide a theoretical basis for the research and development of"Xiaohongzuan".
