摘要
白菖作为我国传统中药有着悠久的药用历史。白菖具有多种化学成分和药理作用,含有单萜类、倍半萜类、三萜类、苯丙素类、黄酮类、甾类、生物碱类等化学成分,具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖血脂、抗肿瘤、抗癫痫等药理作用。本次通过检索中国知网、万方数据库、PubMed、Science Direct等数据库,查阅白菖相关文献资料28篇,其中中文文献9篇,外文文献19篇。现将对白菖的化学成分和药理作用的研究进展进行综述,为白菖的进一步研究提供理论参考。
Acorus calamus Linn.as a traditional Chinese medicine,has a long history of applications.It has many kinds of chemical components and pharmacological activities,which including monoterpenoids,sesquiterpenoids,triterpenoids,styrene acrylic element class,flavonoids,steroid and alkaloids.Such as anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,hypoglycemic,hypolipidemic,and anti-epilepsy has been reported.Using the CNKI,Wanfang Date,PubMed,Science Direct and other databases to review the related 67 documents,which contain 26 Chinese literatures and 43 foreign literatures.Now we summarizing the research progress of the chemical compositions and pharmacological actions to provide a theoretical reference for further study on Acorus calamus Linn.
