基于多组学的太子参药材品质形成机制初探

近年来中药产业发展迅速,药材生产环节出现了不少质量问题。本文通过利用RNA-Seq转录组学筛选和分析差异表达基因;利用iTRAQ定量蛋白质组学筛选和分析差异表达蛋白质;利用1H-NMR,LC-MS代谢组学筛选和鉴定代谢差异标志物;关联分析系统分析太子参基因、蛋白质、代谢水平的变化和差异,以及代谢标志物与差异基因/蛋白质及其生物学功能的相关性。为建立太子参药材品质标准提供依据。

In recent years, the Chinese medicine industry has developed rapidly,and many quality problems have appeared in the production of medicinal materials.This paper uses RNA-Seq transcriptomics to screen and analyze differentially expressed genes;iTRAQ quantitative proteomics to screen and analyze differentially expressed proteins;1 H-NMR,LC-MS metabonomics to screen and identify metabolic difference markers;association analysis Systematic analysis of changes and differences in gene,protein and metabolic levels of Pseudostellaria heterophylla,as well as the correlation between metabolic markers and differential genes/proteins and their biological functions.Provide a basis for the establishment of quality standards for Pseudoginseng medicinal materials.
