壮药粪箕笃的显微鉴别研究

Microscopic Identification of Stephaniae Longae Herba of Zhuang Medicine

目的:对壮药粪箕笃进行横切及粉末显微鉴别研究。方法:①利用石蜡切片法,在显微镜下观察、描述粪箕笃组织显微结构特征。②制作粉末临时片,在显微镜下观察、描述粪箕笃粉末显微特征。结果:①粪箕笃茎横切面观波浪状,中柱鞘与维管束间有大量薄壁细胞。②粪箕笃叶横切面下表皮细胞常形成乳头状突起;栅栏组织3列,不通过中脉。③粪箕笃粉末显微特征:木薄壁细胞壁呈连珠状加厚,木栓层细胞壁显著加厚、石细胞化。

Objective:To study the microscopic identification of transection and powder microscopy of of Stephaniae Longae Herba.Methods:①The microscopic structure of transection of Stephaniae Longae Herba was described under the microscope through paraffin method.②The microscopic characteristics of powder of Stephaniae Longae Herba was described under the microscope through powder production method.Results:① The cross section of Stephaniae Longae Herba like the waves.There are a large number of parenchyma cells between the mesosheath and vascular bundles.②The epidermal cells of the transection of leaf of Stephaniae Longae Herba are formed like papilla.The palisade is composed of three column cells,not through the middle.③The microscopic characteristics of powder of Stephaniae Longae Herba:The cell wall of the xylem parenchyma has a continuous bead thickness.The cell wall of the cork layer was significantly thickened, it looks like stone cells.
