摘要
蓖麻子含蓖麻碱、蓖麻毒蛋白及脂肪酶、蓖麻毒蛋白D、酸性毒蛋白、碱性毒蛋白、芹菜苷元、绿原酸、芸香苷等成分,其在抗肿瘤、抗病毒、抗生育、引产、泻下等方面具有较好的疗效。本文主要综述了蓖麻子的化学成分、药理作用、毒性作用机制以及蓖麻子的增效减毒等方面研究现状。
Ricin,ricin and lipase,ricin D,acid toxin protein,basic toxin protein,apigenin,chlorogenic acid,rutin and other components are contained in castor bean,which has good curative effect in anti-tumor,anti-virus,anti fertility,induction of labor,diarrhea and other aspects.In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological action,toxic mechanism of castor seed and the research status of its synergism and detoxification were reviewed.
