民族清热药的炮制药理研究进展

Progress in pharmacology of ethnic heat-clearing drugs

民族药炮制是一门传统制药技术,是根据药民族医药理论,依照临床辨证施治用药的需要和药物自身性质,以及调剂、制剂的不同要求,将民族药制备成饮片所采取的一项制药技术,是安全用药的保障和提高药效的必要手段。本文通过文献搜集整理,研究炮制对民族药药性、化学成分、药理作用等的影响,分析清热药中黄芩、黄连、黄柏炮制后的变化,探讨民族药炮制对民族药的整体影响,为民族药的合理应用与现代化提供科学参考。

Chinese traditional medicine processing is a pharmaceutical technology,is based on the theory of national medicine medicine,according to the clinical dialectical treats medical needs and the characteristics of the drug itself,as well as the different requirements of dispensing,preparation,ethnic medicine preparation into slices taken by a pharmaceutical technology,is the guarantee of medication safety and the necessary means to improve efficacy.Through literature collection and collation,this paper studies the effects of processing on the nature of ethnic drugs,chemical components and pharmacological effects,analyzes the changes after processing of heat-clearing drugs such as Scutellaria baicalensis georgi,Coptiana coptiana and Phellodendron chinense,discusses the overall effects of processing of ethnic drugs on ethnic drugs,and provides scientific reference for the rational application and modernization of ethnic drugs.
