瑶药双钩钻的研究进展

双钩钻也称钩藤根,为多民族使用的药材,也是瑶族经典"老班药"中的"十八钻"之一,具有清热平肝、活血通经、息风定惊和扩张血管等功效。目前对双钩钻的来源及药用部位在不同文献资料中的记载各不相同;其化学成分中以生物碱含量最高,主要为吲哚类生物碱;具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化等药理活性。通过对双钩钻的来源、使用部位、化学成分及药理作用进行综述,为进一步研究和开发该民族药提供参考依据。

"Shuanggouzuan" also known as hook rattan root,which is one of the classical Yao’s medicine "Shi ba zuan".It has the functions of clearing heat,smoothing the liver,promoting blood circulation,calming the wind and calming the nerves, and dilating blood vessels.The origin and medicinal parts of "Shuanggouzuan" have different records in the literature.The content of alkaloids in"Shuanggouzuan" is the highest.Mainly containing indoles alkaloids;and has anti-tumor,antioxidation and other pharmacological activities.Through the review of the source, use site,chemical composition and pharmacological action of of " Shuanggouzuan",it provides reference for further research and development of this national medicine.
