As the first specialized academic journal on life writing studies in China,Journal of Modern Life Writing Studies has celebrated its 10th anniversary.To help readers better understand the journal's development and progress,a comprehensive statistical analysis is conducted on the first 20 issues published in the past decade in terms of the published papers,academic response,research object,and the composition of the authors.Lessons can be drawn through this effort to further enhance academic quality and impact,and to make a greater contribution to the development of life writing studies in China and the cultivation of life writing professionals.
