摘要
梅兰芳口述、许姬传等人记录并完成的《舞台生活四十年》,是新中国第一部演员自传。该自传含有丰富的美德叙事。这些叙事与梅兰芳的自我身份认定有关,也有着特定的教育目的和教育功能。比较中外自传中有代表性的美德叙事,可以看出,中国传统儒家的"修身"伦理深刻影响了梅兰芳对美德的认知和自我身份认定,《舞台生活四十年》中的美德叙事具有鲜明的中国文化特性。
The 40 Years of Stage Life,dictated by Mei Lanfang and recorded by Xu Jichuan etc.,is the first autobiography of actors/actresses since the founding of PRC.The autobiography contains many virtue narratives,which are not only important to Mei Lanfang’s self-identification as a dramatic artist,but also helpful to fulfill its educational function and goals.Comparing the representative virtue narratives in autobiographies at home and abroad,we can see that the"self-cultivation"ethics of Chinese traditional Confucianism plays a key role in Mei Lanfang’s self-identification and the recognition of virtues.The virtue narration in Mei Lanfang’s autobiography can also be considered as a manifestation of Chinese culture.
